Winter Holiday Decorations - Down by Jan 31
Last year, the board had many complaints about holiday decorations being left up far outside the holiday period, some of them until April! To set a standard and keep the neighborhood compliant with the RRC's (#18), going forward, your board has set a deadline so it is the same for everyone. All holiday decorations need to be taken down by Jan 31. If you have any barriers to meeting this standard, please reach out! We are happy to help as neighbors.

265 days to the eventTue, Oct 06Lee Elementary School CafeteriaPlease attend to get an update on the neighborhood and to voice your needs and concerns for the next year. This meeting is where any member can bring something up and have it voted on. Any changes to the RRCs for the HOA, require 95% of houses be represented so please attend!
The SMMA exists to keep the neighborhood up and in good repair. The board is made up of volunteers.
