    Please attend to get an update on the neighborhood and to voice your needs and concerns for the next year. This meeting is where any member can bring something up and have it voted on. Any changes to the RRCs for the HOA, require 95% of houses be represented so please attend!

The SMMA exists to keep the neighborhood up and in good repair. The board is made up of volunteers.

To make any changes to the Rules and Regulations, 2/3 of property owners must be represented to vote on changes at the October meeting. Please come and share your voice with your community.
