Last year, the board had many complaints about holiday decorations being left up far outside the holiday period, some of them until April! To set a standard and keep the neighborhood compliant with the RRC's (#18), going forward, your board has set a deadline of Jan 31 . All holiday decorations need to be taken down by then.
