Last year, the board had many complaints about holiday decorations being left up far outside the holiday period, some of them until April! To set a standard and keep the neighborhood compliant with the RRC's (#18), going forward, your board has set a deadline so it is the same for everyone. All holiday decorations need to be taken down by Jan 31. If you have any barriers to meeting this standard, please reach out! We are happy to help as neighbors.
